Add some pluck to your lunch hour with Big Cypress, the Boston-based Americana quartet defying expectations and breaking genre barriers.
While you listen, enjoy a delicious hot cup of soup from Souper Roll Up Cafe (on us, while supplies last!). To keep things sustainable, we encourage you to bring your own mug or bowl. If you do, you’ll get a special sweet treat!
Presented in partnership with Cambridge-based New England Jazz Collaborative.

Formed as late-night jam buddies on the bluegrass festival circuit, Big Cypress performs original and traditional material with a uniquely funky spin.
Many years of sharing stages together allows this New England supergroup (Chris Sartori, Kathleen Parks and Dan Bui of Twisted Pine; Ethan Robbins of Cold Chocolate) to improvise at a high level, deftly blending the improvisatory sensibilities of a jazz quartet with the high energy, hard driving grooves of bluegrass and Americana.
